Spiritual and Energetic Shielding

Throughout the course of my own awakening and spiritual development I found it necessary to perform some kind of regular shielding method.

This may be necessary for some people after an Energy Clearing session or simply just to protect yourself if you feel it’s needed.

Good health, a positive attitude and happy thoughts naturally create vibes of good energy around you and a strong and healthy AURA.

However, I have found that some people, either light workers, or souls who have incarnated for a particular mission are often targeted individuals by unseen negative influences or agents of darkness and therefore need to protect themself in the form of some kind of energy shield or shielding.

The most common method used is envisioning being surrounded by white light and the name of Jesus Christ or God/Creator/source to protect yourself. This can work for most people.

Some people have more complex Soul history or contracts in the multidimensional realms that they may or may not even have any memories of, yet they experience being energetically attacked on a regular basis.

My experience

This is what happened to me. Regular attacks once I was awakened.

I had no clue what was going on. Seems the unseen realms knew more about me than I did!!

I figured it was perhaps due to the Clearing work I performed, I found I was a targeted and attacked energetically in various ways. Naturally there are those who do not want me doing this work as I soon found out.

My Higher Self always make me feel these attacks either physically or emotionally, or I get warned by my guides or Angels in some way. I knew they were energetic in nature.

The attacks usually don’t stop until I perform a Clearing, using the Clearing Prayer and send such entities trying to infringe or attack to the Light.

Sometimes I have to do Clearings multiple times a night. Less so now, but before I shielded it was becoming more regular.

Then I worked out the best way to protect myself or remain unaffected was to add layers of energy to create a shield a bit like a force field around my human body.

Otherwise I would feel knives in my head all day and downcast thoughts, depressive thoughts that weren’t mine. I would start to have negative thoughts about the personal issues in my life, my unresolved wounds and personal vulnerabilities would be affected by negative thought forms that could last hours or all day in some cases until I Cleared myself.

I soon realized (trust me through much trial error and pain!) that my own inner wounds and unprocessed traumas were points of vulnerability that were targeted within me as ways on attach or make my life difficult or instill and amplify the fear within me still to be healed.

We all carry fear it seems or darkness. It could be seen as our own shadow side of self. This is a life long balancing and Soul evolution journey it seems! I didn’t realize this is what I had signed up for, but apparently many of us have in a multitude of ways!!

Below I share a shielding method that can be modified or added to as you see fit. This is the basis of a method that has helped me tremendously. We are all on an evolving journey we call human.

As humans we are actually all connected whether we want to admit to this or not, it is the case. We are ONE human family. We are all ONE with Source/Creator.

Use this method if you feel it will be of help or benefit to yourself. The best types of shields are ones that you put your belief or intention into that is for your highest good. But to start with when we don’t know, we learn from others to help light the path ahead for us until we find our magical feet!

Shielding Method:

Step 1 - Create a safe and Sacred place:

I speak aloud the Clearing prayer 3 times whilst burning Sage or Sage incense or similar.

Step 2 - Declare a Sacred space:

“I declare this room a sacred space where Divine knowing and Divine healing exist for my highest good”

Step 3 - Opening the session:

“I NAME open this sacred space to my I AM presence and only accept guides, angels, and teachers of the highest essences and vibrations for my highest good within my sacred space. For so it is. “

Step 4 - Revocations:

Revoke all contracts, agreements, trade and deals not for your highest good. We unknowing agree to entanglements in our unawareness to energies we have been unfamiliar with in this or other life times. (Speak aloud 3 times for maximum affect.)

“I denounce, renounce, revoke, rebuke, rescind all contracts, agreements, trades and deals not for my highest good, including any cloaked contracts.” (Spoken aloud x 3 times)

“So be it, it is so, it is done!”

Layer 1 The Body Shield:

Step 5 - Here you are using visualizations and spoken word to call forth and envision the energy shielding. I found this is most effective if you build it in layers rathe than a single layer of white light for example.

If you are not a visual person, just pretend or say aloud your intent, works just the same. Some people can clearly see such images in their mind and imagine the layers. Others are more auditory or Kinesthetic and feel it instead. Use what works for you.

I use reference to Mother/Father God but you can use whatever you wish to call God - Great Spirit, Universe, Divine Mother, Creator, or Source to name but few. It’s all the same to God - Universal energy the stuff we are all made of, the All that is. Call it what you like, God knows what you mean. Make it personal and specific to you.

There is no religion here. It’s just the Universe and you. Forget all labels and just be in your Soul.

I am not religious at all. But I connect to the Divine Creator, Yeshua/Jesus, my guides and Angels and I know that is real. Place no judgement on others, this about you, so go with what feels right for you.

I clap my hands together a few times with the intend to activate the Chakras in my hands and then rub my hands in a circular motion saying aloud the following:

Thank you Source (replace with your name for God if you wish) for shielding me and completely. I do NOT consent to harm, mentally, emotionally , physically or spiritually.

Layer 2 Collective of your highest consciousness known:

This could be the collective consciousness of humanity in its highest form for example, or the collective consciousness from your Star family if you know you are connected to one, or the collective of Angels if you know your Soul is Angelic in origin. Use what feels right for you.

Speak aloud:

“I call forth the Collective of…(your chosen collective ) to encase me for my highest good and the highest good of All that is. “

Layer 3 - Father/Mother God:

“I call forth Father God for your Golden Shield of truth.” (Visualize a golden bubble of light around you representing Divine Masculine energy.)

“I call forth Mother God for your Dimond Source like shield.” (Visualize a diamond shape surrounding your body completely.)

“I am ONE with Source. “

Layer 4 - Infinity of Crystals

“I call forth the Infinity of Crystals from the Elemental Kingdoms of Earth to surround me in a Crystalline pyramid of Light for my highest good.”

Layer 5 - Ascended Master Self

“ I call forth the Ascended Master version of myself to surround me now with Christ Consciousness of Highest embodiment for my highest good. I mirror this throughout the infinity of creation. And so it is.”

Layer 6 - Mother Gaia

“ I call forth Mother Gaia and the four Sacred directions and the four Sacred Elements to surround me now, North, South, East, West - Earth, Air, Fire, Water” (Visualize the eight points around you and encased in Divine light from these sacred energies.)

Layer 7 - Invisibility Cloak

While rubbing your hands together, imagine a iridescent bubble of light form your hand and move your hands to encase this light around your body completely while stating:

“ I call forth my invisibility cloak. We shall remain invisible to those that mean harm to us all day and all night and all night and all day. I am setting an intent that no energies, entities or technology can infringe upon this thought form and intent without harming anyone. And so it is.”

“I decree this shielding is complete, whole and present in the presence of Divine Mother, Divine Father, thank you, thank you, thank you. So be it, it is so, it is done!”

Perform this shielding daily and modify as desired, this is an example of energy shielding to protect your energy throughout the day from infringement or simply when you feel the need such as going to an event that may be intense or require extra support.
